Our mission is to allow everyone to invest in their local communities and in other communities across the country. Community Real Estate allows local real estate investors to raise money for real estate investments by selling shares to other locals in their community and anyone looking for a better return on their money. We pride ourselves in personally underwriting and researching each deal with present. In short, if we don’t think it’s a good returns are right for the risk, we don’t present it.
